I needed a new Pari Velox as parts of my old one had worn out so ordered one with you and was impressed with the prompt service. I live in France so normally order parts locally but this time it was ordered and delivered to Cornwall.

We dispatched your order with a courier on the same day that you ordered it (Friday), for delivery on the next working day (Monday), as per our shipping policy. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver your parcel on Monday, for which we apologise. We hope you understand that we did everything to fulfil your order but the delivery is unfortunately out of our control as we are reliant on the courier. Please rest assured we will refund your delivery charge and hope that you will still have faith in our company.

Adult nebuliser mask
Needed another mask for my nebuliser. Looked online and Nebicorum was genuine, the price was excellent. Easy to order and pay for; plus if you join their club you won't have to pay for postage in the future! Arrived a few days later with the postman. Thank you.

Good service and price for replacement nebuliser items
There are 7 parts to my nebulising mouthpiece and chamber, all of which are essential, and I left one part behind in a hotel after an overnight stay. Nebicorum delivered a replacement to me in Scotland 24 hours after I ordered it. Price was competitive too. Much appreciated.
