On oct 08 2025 12000inr my payment was still not credited to my account I have sent all the bank statement upto date but this people sending same standard emails from oct onwards still this people are looking. they are doing fraud and not refunding our money.deposit taking Withdrawal not getting so please take action.i took loan and played in parimatch but they are not returning money

Parasite - Worst thieves out there. You just can’t and you will never win anything here. They decided to restrict my account with loose limit of £400 every month. Since then, every deposit is a loss regardless the stake or slots. If I deposit £200 and play £1 or £2 spins, all of them are dead! No win on base game and no bonus. And if I’m lucky enough and bonus game is rewarded the maximum win is £12. This site should be called Parasite not Parimatch. You steal people money all the time. There is no RTP on your games at all. Your excuse about some random number generator is a simple mumble to make people think you’re not in fault. Must avoid this site. Full of scammed, got won from boxing as a result they voided my bet without valid reasons. My same bet from other site went in and got my winnings but parimatch declined my bet saying opponent did not weigh in so therefore the match did not takes place, which is impossible. Why void the bet after the match? The show was live on tv..

after depositing and losing there was no issue but once i won some sports bets the automatic withdraw has been aborted and now i am waiting for over 30 hours for release of my funds even though customer support has assured me that money will be released and that my account has some limit as 2k per 24 hours which is also some scammy practice.

I had my bet settled last night which was Joshua van to win. They paid out initially and then settled it as void. Luckily I withdrew the amount and am now in the minus. Their reason for voiding it was because they had a power cut which makes no sense as they were able to take bets still and were still fine to settle my losing bets normally. Awful website.

This is a SCAM company that, when you withdraw your winnings, cancels them and then says that the ticket you won was our mistake, even though the match had nothing to do with the company's mistakes. They do this just to justify themselves

I just deposites 1000 with a bonus on free spins on slots. Post the free spin my total got locked to play only for slots. 2 days later my total got deducted to 0 with a message of "Adjustment of Bonus".
