Product came well packaged and safe. High quality cups to enjoy your favorite drink from. Shipping was a little slow but otherwise great experience.

The entire process of the pre-order was riddles with delays with poor communication from Park Candy to the customer. The order took over a year to arrive. When the order did come in, the actual product measurements did not match the ones listed on the website. While a return could be attempted, the entire process has been such an ordeal that is rather just eat the money than deal with them again.

The product is nice< it was everything else that I had tos problem with. When I ordered the item it was for a Christmas gift. I ordered it late November and it said it was going to be delivered in early December. In the craziness of the season I didn't notice until a couple days before Christmas it still had not shipped. The only way to contact Park Candy is through an email address. I wrote. No response. Ten days later I wrote again. Fast forward to February and my 7th email and no response still. It was super frustrating to write to an email that went nowhere. No other ways to communicate. I reported them to the site I made the purchase on but nothing happened. Then one day in late March the item arrived. No explanation no apology just a package. Honestly at that point I didn't care anymore. I won't purchase anything else from them again. They ignored all the emails. If they sent one back explaining they were overwhelmed or it was on back orde. I would have at least given them the benefit of doubt. They ignored my emails and just sent the product 3 months after it was promised. Their customer service is a joke. If you order pray you don't have any issues otherwise good luck getting any response.

I ordered this shirt in March of 2025 and received it in March of 2026. In that time the Disney vacation that I particularly ordered this shirt for has come and gone and recently I have lost 85+ pounds. I reached out to Park Candy about 6 months ago and was told they would not refund my money because to much time had past and my order was beyond their return policy. I have also reached out to Park Candy since receiving the shirt asking to return and or exchange it for a size that currently fits me and have been ignored. It's a shame because I really like their products but it your customer service is trash the product doesn't matter... Good Luck Park Candy, going forward I'll be buying from RSVLTS.

Fast delivery, amazing designs, and well-made products!

I preordered a bag in May 2025. Waited patiently, then asked for an update. They told me it would ship by October...ok fine. I can use it as a Christmas gift instead of a birthday gift as was originally intended. October comes and goes and I reach out again and keep getting the run around. "Warehouse is backed up" but I'm in the queue? But they also can't give me an update at all on when it might ship. They offered a refund in December which I told them I wanted, and now it's February with NO ANSWER. They are no longer replying to my emails asking for a refund update. I wanted to love them so much. Bottle opener was great, shipped on time and it so cute. This was my second order and I also had a THIRD order where my shirts were never printed and didn't even get shipped until weeks later when I reached out. I get the feeling they're a small company and overwhelmed. Don't over promise and under deliver. And NEVER preorder from this company. They'll just take your money.

The shirts are awesome the colors and quality is fantastic.. this was a preorder so it took a while to get to me. The communication could be a little better is my only concern.. but they did tell me when the shirts shipped..

We love our new Park Candy shirts and merch! The slight stretch in the shirt material makes the shirts so comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to see the high quality of the tiki glasses. They have a substantial heft, making them nearly impossible to knock over, even for clumsy me!

Ordered a mailbox bag in December 2024 that was listed as currently shipping, then for months was told that the items were in their fulfillment center and would be shipped soon. In August 2025 I finally just asked for a refund, which never arrived. In November 2025 they said they would be mailing a check, which never arrived. They ignore emails and restrict and delete inquiries about orders on their socials.

I am still waiting on the delivery of a shirt. I was issued a tracking number several weeks ago. I reached out to customer service and they blamed USPS. I contacted USPS, they say that although a shipping label was created, the item was never picked up or dropped off with them. Somehow I can't get an answer from anyone that isn't a Park Candy bot. Meanwhile I keep getting requests to review my experience, I was holding off, but... It really too bad, I LOVE the button up shirts, I own quite a few, but this has been a bad experience. I am assuming the order is lost, hopefully it can be replaced.

Good shipping time and communication. Shirt quality is great and perfect for warmer weather! I prefer a more subdued, vintage look, so I will look for those types of designs in the future.

FAST shipping of AWESOME shirts! Yet another amazing experience with Park Candy; absolutely LOVE these guys! The quality of the shirts is stellar, and the price was so cheap I almost feel guilty! I HIGHLY recommend Park Candy if you're looking for some great shirts with some Disney love!

Fulfillment took a bit of time, but it was all worth the wait. My ParkCandy skirts are my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. They are fun, comfortable, and are easy to to just throw on. Thanks for all the lovely outfits.

Items were really in stock and shipped swiftly considering the Black Friday/Thanksgiving holiday. I received exactly what I ordered. I only thing I would look at is the stitching. There were a lot of strings left on the Red Lava shirt I received.
