Parkgrove Funeral Directors Avis 

I can't recommend Park Grove Funeral Directors, Chris and Kevin, enough. They handled the funerals of both my parents, who passed away just two weeks apart. Kevin guided us through every step of the process. I was unaware of the complexity involved in organizing just one funeral, let alone two, but Kevin took care of everything with remarkable professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Throughout this difficult time, Chris and Kevin stayed in close contact with us, making a very distressing period much more manageable. My family and I are incredibly thankful.

After the sad loss of our Wife/Mum/Granny we as family contacted Kevin at Parkgrove, Kevin and Chris were amazing from start to finish explaining everything and nothing was a problem. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone who is going through a bereavement as they are with you every step of the way.

We were unable to attend a close relative’s funeral and we were given a link to watch live. Within minutes of the video starting the sound went off and for the rest of the funeral it never came back on. We could not hear a word that was said or sung. We contacted the funeral directors in hope that at least there was some audio back up system but we were told to contact the business part and that they were sorry. We have never had a reply. It is very un-professional in this day and age that they had no back up in place.

Also in reply we find it very insulting that you are saying that you did not have anything to do with my late uncle’s service. You are one and the same business and you need to be much more professional in this aspect of business.

Highly recommend park grove funeral directors Chris and Kevin,who dealt with both my parents funerals when we lost them two weeks apart ,Kevin was there every step of the way, I had no idea so much was involved in planning 1 funeral never mind 2 but Kevin arranged absolutely everything for us and his professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding,Chris and Kevin were in constant contact with us and made such a traumatic time so much easier for us to cope with and myself and family are extremely grateful

the support and services provided by Parkgrove, through the Funeral Director, Chris, were excellent. He assisted with the cremation, service, and helped us find a humanist celebrant, and book the hotel for people to come back to after the service.

Chris and the team were outstanding from the very first day of contact! The support we received while panning my sisters funeral was nothing short of amazing. The support they gave during such a hard difficult time was truly special.

Chris was superb, kind and compassionate at every step. We didn't know what we wanted and he was very patient, explaining the options. The celebrant he recommended was perfect, gentle and funny. He organised the funeral tea for us at The Park Hotel in Montrose and it was excellent. Couldn't have asked for better service, it was such a relief that it was managed so well.

Not a recommendation that you ever want to make, but a recommendation I’d have no hesitation in making.

Kevin was incredibly supportive through the process of arranging my dad’s funeral and took the time to explain each part of the process, meaning at no point did I feel overwhelmed or that I had a job to do. He went the extra mile so that the funeral was personal to my dad.

At no point did we feel unsure of the next stage and it was very easy to communicate and liaise with Parkgrove.

I would recommend Parkgrove undertakers to anyone. Chris was the one who done my husbands funeral. From the first phone call Chris was so helpful and professional. He was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or I wasn't sure about
anything. The service and attention was 100%. Everyone who attended my husbands funeral have commented on how great and professional it was, and that's only thanks to Parkgrove undertakers. From the first meeting Chris put myself and family at ease and always pointed us in the right direction on how thing would go on the day. I don't think we could have got through this horrible time without the help from Chris.

These guys were great strt to finish with my dads funeral as i had no clue what i was doing and Chris and Kev showed so much support and empathy throughout the process and after they kept me right on the whats and hows foe doing the paper work side of things as well as being at end of phone anytime if needed i really appreciate these guys alot and cant thank them enough
