If you are paying attention to the days and times we have booked for guest parking, you will see the pass has not been used yet.

Not happy
The QR codes on the signs do not direct to the correct site causing issues with parking codes never working correctly. Additionally, paid visitor parking for all hours in a private condo/apartment lot really feels like it’s pushing the bounds of what’s reasonable.

Visiting immediate family
Visiting immediate family, last year was free visitor parking. Unfortunately people at this residence complex pay top dollar rate for rent and management can’t support short term visitor parking. How sad.
Would like to see shorter duration parking

Very easy to use parking application
Very easy to use parking application. I use the application every time I visit my daughter and it's user friendly easy to work with and always sends me an email for my purchase and shows amount of time.

The app usually doesn’t work properly
The app usually doesn’t work properly. We are supposed to get a few free parking per month and the code never seems to work. We have complained by phone but it never seems to get fixed. Just a cash grab by the landlord.
