What wonderful customer experience from Mohammed Faisal in Knowle. He was very warm, caring knowledgeable and approacheable - an outstanding representative of your company. From the start of this journey Mohammed clearly explained the various processes regarding my ear products, always in a friendly and understanding way, nothing ws too much trouble.At a time of concern he was very understanding. The process of replacing my existing Hearing Aids with new up to date technology Hearing Aids was impressive. The Audiologist, Celeste de Frietas, is very knowledgeable and competent, as well as easy to get on with. I found it reassuring knowing that replacing my Hearing Aids was in capable hands, and all went smoothly.

Over the years, I have consulted various different audiologists in England, the EU and the USA, and although I have encountered some people during this time, nobody has come close to the level of care offered by Mark Connell at the Banbury branch of The Healing Care Partnership. His professionalism is outstanding, as is the way in which he looks after every detail, explaining every step along the way with tact and attention to detail. He makes full use of the technologies at his command, showing the patient the meaning of various data and images. In my case, the result of all this has been a dramatic improvement to my hearing, with new hearing aids that eclipse by far anything I have had before. Finally: the after-sales service is equally good. Thank you, Mark!

Quais was nothing short of outstanding in the level of care, concern and professionalism he showed in helping my mother in law with her hearing aids. I called him at short notice because she was struggling to hear and feeling very isolated as she had just moved into respite care. His schedule was full but instead of saying ‘computer says no’ he came out to the care home on a Saturday morning - he doesn’t usually work weekends - to reset the hearing aids and give my mother in law her hearing back. We are so grateful! Quais went above and beyond and his employers should be super proud of him. A huge thankyou from the whole family!!

Having experienced gradual hearing loss over several years, I finally got tired of having to ask for conversations to be repeated and of not being able to appreciate entertainment unless it was at an absurdly high volume. However, the prospect of having a hearing aid fitted was still a daunting prospect when I made an appointment with hearing aid audiologist Florence Prosser, of The Hearing Care Partnership, at Arbuthnot Opticians, Barry. To my immense relief, the whole process was a dream. From the start, Florence made me feel welcome and relaxed; she explained each step of the proceedings in such detail and with such ease, that any doubts I had vanished immediately. Now, having worn my hearing aid for a month, I regret not taking the plunge sooner. It has transformed my life. I know that I made a wise choice in choosing The Hearing Care Partnership and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Since I got my hearing aids in 2022 they have worked fine. My issue is that unless I call to arrange my 6 monthly service or my annual hearing assessment appointments, they don't happen. But now, way before my package comes to an end they want me to book an appointment to see what new hearing devices they can make more money from me.

This was my first step into the hearing aid world and I was extremely grateful to find the right person to help me find my way. I had a couple of discussions with Josh who was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I am now the happy owner of a very neat hearing aid, it works brilliantly, but the best thing about it is that it has completely blocked out the tinnitus !!! It is a miracle!! I can't quite believe it after suffering years of constant screaming in my ear. Thank you so much, 10 stars..........

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Elaine Clifford my audiologist who has given me such great advice, from the initial hearing test to the day I collected my new earring aids.
The after service as so for been excellent nothing is to much trouble.
I now feel so much more confident when joining in a conversation.

This was my first time having a hearing test, having experienced a sudden reduction of hearing in one ear and associated increase of tinnitus. I had seen my GP, but the prescribed meds did nothing and I felt I needed a professional assessment. I was seen at Shepton Mallet and the tests and overview given by Nikisha Oladipupo were very thorough and all my queries were addressed, making the overall experience extremely pleasant and informative; I even had a brief trial of using a hearing aid, which is something I had dreaded. However, there was no pressure or expectation to buy, and a referral request letter was provided to my GP.

Bought my 92 year old mum in for a full hearing aid test .What an amazing lady Marie Renton was and very patient.

I had an appiontment with an hearing specailist at Robert Frith in Crewkerne. This lady was through and really helpful. I have a blocked right ear and she kept me informed of what she was doing at all times and sent a letter to my GP which was actioned the next day. I have had 2 previous appiontments with a member of my GP practice and was fobbed off both times.
Absolutely amazing lady.
