I was not able to make payment at…

I was not able to make payment at parking lot or online. It took 2 weeks before I was able to make a payment. The card readers at the parking lot would not accept any credit cards and the payment app online would not accept credit cards. Was harassed because payment was not made and the help service never responded to my requests for help. Also there is not way to talk to a person. There was no issue with the CC's as they have been accepted at other sites the same day.

YOU WILL GET STUCK IN THIS GARAGE.

The ticket that was printed for me was reading as invalid as I was trying to leave. This meant I was stuck in the parking garage for about 10 minutes trying to get the problem sorted out. The machine had printed the ticket for me like 3 hours prior to me attempting to leave. Why would it be saying my ticket was invalid? Had to go through a massive headache to get out of the parking garage. Did nothing but inconvenience me. It was nearly 100 degrees outside and I couldn't get my car on the road to turn on the AC to cool me down.

Easy to use

This was horrible

This was horrible. I went to leave and it would not read my card. I proceeded to try 2 credit and one debit. I called for help and waited and waited until someone came on line. They were insulting and accused me of making the mistake. Never admitted it was their system. Finally said they would open the gate but only after they sent a method to pay them. I had now burned 20 minutes with their broken system. They should have just opened the gate and let me out. That would have been the correct customer service. To add insult they charged me a service fee to pay them for their broken system. Horrible customer service and lousy equipment. They should get zero stars.

Received a ticket even though I paid…

Received a ticket even though I paid for a full day. Spent the next hour fighting it. You can do better.

Had to get assistance other than just use ticket but attendant was easy to work with

Paid parking at its worst!

I attempted to checkout of the parking lot 15 minutes prior to a full hour of parking. The computer was having issues, prolonging the vehicle in front of me. When it was my turn to check out, I had to call for assistance, as the machine was still not working. The person on the other line, i connected with, took as long as he possibly could to help me check out. Asking me unnecessary questions. He then sent me a bill for one hour of parking, plus a convenience fee. A few moments later, a text came through telling me I would be charged a late fee for not paying at the very moment I was trying to get off of the one way street! Unbelievable! I will not be using the U of U parking facilities in the future! Incidentally, neither will the quests that were in the car in front of me! This is not a respectable way to conduct buisness. Next time I'll pay to pack elsewhere, and recommend that everyone else does the same!
