The parking space was convenient to the venue. I had a question and filled out the form to email to customer service and they were back with me with an answer in minutes. What great customer service!

I couldn't pay . had not received my direct deposit yet and did not have enough cash .
The attendant made a call and was asked for some information and was then excused from the premise . then when able we paid from home. Thank you

Would like a super easy way to pay for parking because standing outside at a kiosk with people behind you, trying to figure out wether you have the Parking.com link or if you actually have another of several parking apps, just a bit flabberghasting. I think it worked fine, but once submitted it didn't give me a confirmation right away, it prompted me to enter as if I hadn't already done so. I needed to let the next in line have a chance to make it to the performance on time! So I simply hoped it worked. It apparently did.

It cost 10.00 to park for an hour. I will avoid you like the plague.

I was not able to use the url code I had paid for. There was no scanner available at the lot. I had to charge the parking fee ($20) on a credit card. A refund would be night.

The surface lot is easy to find and use. It worked well for us.
One suggestion is rather than using "7th and Grace" on the lot signage and "110 No 7th" on your proofs of payment just use one or the other on both. Maybe put the lot sign info under the address on the payment statement would ensure we users know we're in the right lot, or a combination of the two on the payment receipts

I like the convenience of the location to the preferred venue. quicker accessibility compared to what floor your on in a parking garage.

Good uncovered parking spot, but the price was about double that of other *covered* spots in other lots in the same area. Also, the app was a little wonky and it took too long to stand there and pay.

I boarded the train on time, and didnt have to worry about having to pay a ticket.

Knowing the event I was attending would be well attended, I purchased my parking ticket early. However, when I arrived there were no spaces available.

I reserved a spot online. When I got to lot none of the machines would read the bar code. I called to report the problem and was told someone would call right back. They didn't. I called again and got the same run around, with no one calling back. I ended up paying on the spot (may SECOND payment), just to get on with my day. I'll do my best to avoid them in the future.

Too many prompts. Slow. Locations not clear. Typing card number is getting old. Start using apple pay or any form of quick payment like paypal, venmo, digital wallet available.

Easy access, I was early parking call customer service knowledgeable worker. Pleasant conversation. Clear precise directions and signs at lot. Will use again in near future.

IT WAS CLOSED!!! I paid $15.00 and could not enter it! If I could give it a zero, I would.

Parking.com website was easy to navigate using my mobile phone. I was able to see available options in the location destination with ease and sort by parking option location and price. Reserving and paying was easy. The confirmation email provided a direction option which assisted me in finding the parking facility.

Convenient service. No wait for shuttle bus in either direction. Driver saw me safely to my vehicle and waited until it started. A pleasant return to Richmond.

Paid following the directions on screen. Got a confirmation email and still got a ticket. It’s a scam.
