I would give zero if I could
I would give zero if I could. Although I reserved parking in advance, the parking lot was full with no attendant to monitor parking for those with reservations. I had to find another parking lot to make my granddaughters graduations which was cash only. I called customer service immediately to request a refund. The short story of a long event with both phone calls and emails is that my request for refund was denied. It was entirely the parking lots fault that it was not monitored and full which is why I could not park.

Easy payment
Easy payment. Close proximity. Fairly clean lot. Some broken glass that I avoided. Mainly for me was the ease of scanning QR Code and getting payment and amount of time needed is why I was happy.
