No Guarantee

Parking will sell you a parking spot ahead of time with no recourse if the lot is full by the time you arrive, on schedule. They shouldn’t sell spaces they can’t guarantee will be there so now I’m out of the money with no way to get a refund.

Not a Good Experience

The online booking was easy enough however, when we arrived at the lot we found it was an open air lot, no attendant and no way to scan our parking pass. We tried calling the phone number on the pass and the agent was not able to help us since the lot didn't belong to parking.com, it was a Metro lot. We tried 3 different numbers and got put on long holds. Fortunately, the Metro agent showed up to scan the parking lot and we were able to speak with her. We were informed that this lot no longer was part of parking.com and had not been for a month. We also discovered that the fee to park was $7 a day. We had paid parking.com $20.99 for 3 hrs! The very nice Metro lady gave us a number to call to see about a refund for the difference we paid. I'm currently waiting for a call back. What can you do better? Update your website with available lot information, pricing and make available agents on the phone to help. We had an appointment and were afraid to leave our vehicle without validating the parking. Fortunately, we arrived early and the Metro agent arrived to assist us.

Unattended lot

Almost didn't get my RESERVED space. Don't take reservations for lots that are not attended.

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off, I reserved for a show at 1:30 pm, show started at 7, my window started at 1pm. I could not adjust the time that I would want to start my reservation. No refunds once your window starts, only stated in confirmation email. The address provided in confirmation email is wrong. Then once we found the lot, they over booked their spots. Save your money and go down past them another 30 seconds down pearl to Hall and Hall parking to save yourself 13 bucks.

Total pain in the ass to pay for…

Total pain in the ass to pay for parking, both kiosks out of service, QR code url not operable, had to download your app which finally worked to pay, but rates were not as posted at the site. Bottom line, 20 frustrated people there took 30 minutes to pay for parking and late for the venue they were attending.

The lot was full when we arrived so my prepaid parking was useless and I had to pay to park in a different lot. Will never use parking.com again.

absolutely a scam

I reserved a spot for five hours but there were 0 spots in the lot when I arrived. Had to find street parking, and support was unreachable. Terrible experience I’d never use again

The service is great, but...

The service is great, but I give it 3 stars because my problem was that the Parking lot I reserved didn't exist. I looked it up on Maps and it said it was an apartment complex. The customer service rep was a really nice person and helped me with a refund, but I would say review the lots a little more beforehand so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

All parking spaces were filled

All parking spaces were filled. So much for paying early to reserve. Had to pay for parking elsewhere. will not use this service again.

Great experience but need more instructions at lot

Great experience -only issue was identifying the lot as the one we had booked and knowing what was required at the lot to avoid a ticket

Thank you for your feedback. We'll work on including additional instructions on the online passes to clarify, and add some photos of the location onto our Parking.com website to help identify it. For future reference, all of our outdoor lot locations are checked by license plate verification. As long as you entered your LP correctly during checkout, you only need to arrive at the location and park. No need to do anything else.
