Preordered online and when I went to scan in the scanner was broken. Unable to refer refund because it’s after the start time, had to buy another ticket.

Charged $24 instead of $12.
Good morning. Ya'll charged me $24.00 on 7/17/23 and 8/1/2023.
It wouldn't let me change it to $12.00.

48th street paid parking lot
I’m the morning it’s full of big pickup trucks taking over parking spots && the yellow things are not angled right in that parking lot I got a ticket twice for parking sideways because they yellow things ain’t lined up right … cars be extremely to close to park here .

Here are the issue I have had with…
Here are the issue I have had with parking
1. The parking meters at the site do not take all of the credit cards that the website takes. If you update the parking kiosk it would be extremely helpful.
2. Several times I have been sitting in the parking lot that I want to park in and the website would say that parking is not available. Why is there a limit on the cars that are allowed in the parking lot? The parking lot that I use has traffic in and out all day long, The kiosk does not take american express (see note 1) so I then have to use another credit card to go to the kiosk instead of using the website.
3. The app would not connect to my parking.com profile so it was useless. I would enter all of the information and then I received nothing as far as a parking confirmation
4. Customer service, I called three times in one day to get someone in customer service only to be placed on hold for ten minutes and then hung up on. This is totally unsatisfactory
