No attendants at the parking gates on arrival and departure to scan codes. Inconvenienced for 30 minutes when I was trying to leave because I could not get out. Making my hour and a half trip home longer. Went to lobby to vent my concern where I was not alone. It was then explained to me by Steven that they are strictly security. SP parking is responsible for parking issues. They made a call to Teresa (916)613-6028 and explained the situation. She did not and was not any help at all. If it weren't for Steven going above and beyond his responsibilities I would have been forced to pay for parking again when I had already purchased parking online.

I had prepaid $24 for parking and had added the barcode to my Apple wallet. When I exited the garage and tried to use the barcode the machine would not accept it. I ended up paying $24 again.

We need a refund. We were not able to park in the garage at Wells Fargo Buliding last Sunday. The gates were closed and no access. Please advise who I should contact for a refund.

Had paid over $22 to reserve a parking spot so that I could attend a function a couple blocks away. There were 3 addresses on my parking pass...1010 8th Street, 849 J Street & 728 J Street! I pulled into the 849 J Street garage at 7:30 am and my Qcode was not accepted. I was able to enter my phone number and the gate went up. After the event, my Qcode wasn't accepted and neither was my phone number!!!! I was stuck until an attendant came to let me out!

Perfect location. Easy in and out. Friendly and helpful staff.
I purchased a parking reservation, then printed the parking pass. When I got to the parking structure, the attendant couldn’t get the pass to work. He said it was invalid. Luckily, I had saved the confirmation email from Parking.com and was able to gain access to the parking structure with it. The parking attendants told they always have issues with passes from Parking.com.
Using Parking.com was easy and quick. However, it cost $2.00 more than if we had just gone to the parking garage and paid there. In addition, according to the attendant who attempted to scan the bar code I printed from your cite, it was invalid. Luckily, she took pity on us after spending the $17 and let us in. I don't think I will be using your cite again.
I had problems with the online reservation system. Twice I tried to make a reservation but when I did the last step, the screen went blank after hitting finish and I couldn’t confirm the reservation. I did not receive any email confirmations at the time to let me know it was completed. The next day after about 15 hours I finally received 2 confirmation emails but I had gone to a different site to get a confirmed reservation. I did call and your customer service department was very helpful in canceling the reservations. You need to check your software for that sight so that other customers do not have this problem in the future.
