I am a disabled veteran and got charged to get out the garage. Called to get help they claim I didn’t have anything on record but a day before it was pending and then two days after I kept getting notified about charges of 80.00

Easy access and exit.
The parking assistant was very helpful in explaining the swipe card procedure.
Pretty hefty rates though.

Abusevly expensive soecially when valudated by tge capital grill

Process is poorly executed, not enough information upon entering the garage, doesn't account for the lack of cellular signal in a basement garage, very limited options. Overall, a very frustrating experience. While the garage did have an attendant, he was more of a "visual deterrent" than helpful attendant.

Very annoying that you have to use a phone and type your credit card info into an app of dubious background, when there is a human there that could simply take my cash. I guess it means parking.com doesn’t have to trust their staff not to rip them off with unaccounted for cash — but that is not the responsibility of paying customers. It’s awful that parking.com values its corporate revenue stream above customer convenience and security.

I was there for 1 hour, and paid 20.75. This should’ve been valet parking.

way too expensive

Too damn complicated. People who are 50 years of age like face to face interaction to pay parking. Unfortunately you people are focused on the younger generation where it is all about paying with your phone. What happened to the old fashion way? Our generation is still very much alive!!!!

Too expensive per day more convenient options available

Your staff are very unfriendly ,they have angry facial expressions and make you feel like you’re stealing your vehicle when you come to retrieve it! Also being that Miami is already expensive charging $35 more than 5hrs each time is Robbery! I payed $70 each day for parking!

Parking lot was easy to find and close to the James L Knight Center.

35.00usd for 2 hours is a rip off
6.00 or 7.00 usd per hour should be more than enough

Good parking

Buying ahead of time was super easy. I printed the qr code in case there was an issue with the phone. Would give five stara, but getting out by foot was a bit confusing and the main lobby doors were locked for some reason, so we had to take the elevator back down to the lower level and walk out where the cars enter and leave.

It was super easy to find a location that suited us to park our car, and even easier to pay online with the app !
