Parked here and when returning car was broken into. We have a clicker and believe someone was watching and used an advice to unlock our car. Our car was not forced open. My glove box and console was emptied out. My advice is if you park her don't leave any valuables in your car and leave unlocked so they don't break your windows or don't use this garage. We had dinner reservations and they validated our ticket.

Parking.com took our money and sent a verification email saying we are good. Then getting ready to travel my barcode didnt show up so I called them. They informed me they no longer manage that garage so I am just SOL. I don’t have a parking spot and all nearby parking is now 4 times more expensive. They basically told me too bad for me. This is a sham company. Dont trust them and don’t give them your money. They can walk away with your money without any recourse.

App couldn't connect to read barcode of checking for parking garage. Prepaid for parking and then when I went to leave they said they couldn't find confirmation of payment. Phone had died so could not pull up information of confirmation. Took approx 30 min to get out of parking garage

The parking garage scanner did not work correctly after several attempts, no ticket was issued. We had to pay upon leaving. I immediately phoned as I had already been charged and the CSR issued a credit. I may or may not use again as the difference was $.01 from what the garage charges.

I prepaid and reserved my parking for a concert at the Ryman Auditorium Friday March 29th. I printed out the parking pass with the QR code as instructed. When I got to the parking garage, the machine would not read the code on the parking pass. I tried several times and different ways to get it to read, but it wasn't successful. Cars were backing up behind me trying to get into the parking garage, so I finally pressed the button, received a ticket, and entered the garage. I thought I could correct the issue when leaving, but there was no person at the exit, so I ended up having to pay twice to park. I've parked in this garage before with a prepaid reservation and hadn't had any issues. This time my experience is unacceptable. I will be pursuing a refund of my pre-paid pass, and if that is not successful I will dispute the credit card charge to get reimbursed. Pre-Paying and entering the garage with a pass shouldn't be this complicated. A better more reliable system is a must have.

I filed a request for refund with Parking.com. They have agreed to refund me for the amount of the prepaid parking, so now I only had to pay for my parking once. The online process was pretty efficient so I am happy for that. So I have upgraded my review to 3 stars. I still believe the problem should not have happened in the first place, but Parking.com 's response to resolve it was good.

I paid for parking for my stay all days. Then when we left we was charge $20 to leave. That doesn’t make sense at all. I also wasn’t warned of this so had to pay $20 on top of what I already paid and left before time I paid till.

I pre-bought a parking pass for a basketball game. When I tried to leave I couldn’t get the scanner to scan the QR code and had to buzz for assistance. I then had to give the attendant a bunch of information and held everyone up behind me from leaving.

We received a ten hour validation from the restaurant across the street. We were 100% in the correct garage, however your machine would only validate a small portion of the parking fee. There was no attendant in the booth so we had to pay for what the restaurant already validated.

yep, it sucked it would read the code so I had to pay cash. never will prepay again.
