Phone calls in a line are a waste of time… the other issue is a longer vehicle drive doesn’t fit down this curved ramp. Scratched my vehicle on the way in. There’s a random flat metal and plastic bar on the left, and a curved wall on the right, impossible to pull in a full sized truck without hitting one or the other.

Easy for a Luddite, like me

Bad exit experience.

During exiting, the system does not recognize my phone number which have my credit card stored. I have to enter in my credit card information last minute while others wait for me to exit.

Very easy to use. I am not tech forward yet this while experience was seamless. Very impressed.

I somehow paid twice with my credit card. My Confirmation email didn't contain the required scan code for entry and exit. Had a conversation at entry with employees who gave me a phone nbr to call at exit. Called and got voicemail. Had to push the lost ticket button to exit and was charged an extra $18. It took me a half hour to exit. It was 1am. I was tired.

The price is really high. I paid the maximum price plus a service fee for less than eight hours. $32.50. It was secure but so expensive. The exit was not near the place in entered and I had to make several trips carrying my things to the apartment.

Fast easy service, got a good spot

It was an easy system to use, I got lost on the way back to get my car but I guess that's San Francisco everything big and everything crowded

is only difficult to find the entrance once you need to pick up your car. doors lòcked . convinient payment methòd.
