The parking lot doesn't exist. The address is for a construction zone, and there are no parking lots anywhere near it. I called for a refund and still haven't heard back. I will be disputing the charge through my bank.

Prepaid and found 1) Lot was unmarked so didn't know which of 2 adjacent lots. 2) They sent a QR code with NO Instructions accompanying it and NO INSTRUCTIONS AT THE LOT.

My pickup was broke into.

I got a ticket even though I paid.

It’s the fastest system to use in Denver. It’s very quick and very easy so when I pull in, I could do it and take care of it immediately thank you.

Not enough parking spaces, you have to squeez in and out of the car, 12.99 to go across the street to the TAC OFFICE. in there for 35 minutes, because nobody knows how long I takes at the IRS. You should either lower the price or have people pay when they are ready to leave. It was convenient to be able to park there but it’s costly and not enough room. Just wish they had one set parking fee due to the fact that nobody knows how loo ok by an appointment will actually last

My experience was I parked my car in the parking lot. Why are you asking people to rate this?

Awful, my car was broken into while parked in the lot for 1 hour.

Expensive to add on time0 . Site did not work for 2 people ahead of me.

It's a good way to get robbed, when you are screwing around with your phone it the dark trying to pay for parking. Having to type in email address, credit card numbers and license plate numbers. Some one can sneek up behind you. It was a lot easier when all I had to do was punch in my license number and slide a credit card into the machine and I was done. Less than 30 seconds. Less chance of anyone sneaking up behind me. They way you want it done now takes about three minutes. To easy to have something bad happen to me in a bad part of town.

I had to pay the same fee for a short stay as if I stayed the whole allotted time. That’s my only complaint.

Great was the location, near our hotel.
Not great was that when I wanted to pay with my credit card you denied it (don‘t no why!) and the cc was restricted by my bank. The bank thought that my cc has been stolen! My husband could pay with his card. Good for me that I have several cards… otherwise my vacation would come to a bad end! And don‘t try to tell me that my card was overdrawn!

I liked the various ways to get to the payment page; i.e. scan a QR code, text, etc. I didn't like paying an extra fee for payment. You don't have to monitor a machine that takes payment any longer so I don't understand why a fee is necessary.

Positive Experience. Car was there when I came back! The Hope for the future is 1 company to pay to instead of each block having their own. 1 app, not 10, Cheers!
