So easy, even a caveman could do it.
It was very easy to book and use the parking pass. The site also provided directions and a photo of the entrance which helps tremendously. Getting in and out of the lot was as easy as waving the barcode in front of the scanner. No issues at all.

Charged too much
Reservation process was easy. I paid the daily maximum even though I only reserved a spot for 6 hours. I left 20 minutes after my 6 hour reservation was up, and I had to pay an additional $8 for the 20 minute overage -- even though I had already paid the daily maximum.

Garage was closed. Will be asking for a refund. Entrance was blocked off by orange cones and yellow tape

Did not get to use the lot as I found parking at the venue.

I needed more information to use it.
I needed more information about how to use the prepaid parking. I did not figure out how to get into the parking garage without taking a new ticket. Then on exit, the only option was to pay retail because I needed to scanned my prepaid QR code somewhere to record my entry time? I ended up not using the prepaid parking and wasted $15.
