Being able to park oversized and pre pay for multiple days is absolutely fantastic we are in town for work and leave one truck at the lot and commute and I’ve always had good luck with parking.com

Had to pay twice
There was no zone number or QR code to scan. I paid the day before. So we couldn’t get in. We ended up having to pay twice.

Being able to park oversized and pre pay for multiple days is absolutely fantastic we are in town for work and leave one truck at the lot and commute and I’ve always had good luck with parking.com

Cheap because of the hassle!!! Waste of valuable time
LCD Screen at lot went out as we pulled up. Number given to call wouldn't work. Had to finally go online after several attempts. Even that was difficult. When trying to leave went back online to try to exit and couldn't, at least that time the number to call worked.

Simple and Easy
Parking was simple and easy. Paying was just as easy as parking! And getting out of the lot was quick and painless! When parking downtown Chicago, quick, easy and painless is exactly what you want!

My car was towed for 2 minutes expired. I pay an average of 35 dollars per day 7dats a week.
