Everything was great.
No parking available
No parking available even though I prepaid. Apparently parking is first come first serve. This needs to be noted on the booking site! Pre payment does not guarantee you will have a spot for parking… very stressful looking for another place for parking!

Charged twice!
After planning ahead and booking a three day stay through parking.com, I had to pay again when I reached the Lancaster train station parking lot because metropolis.io and Parking.com do not have their shit together. Problem solving through the helpline with metropolis.io, they could not retrieve nor confirm my reservation even after an email showing the receipt. I have had numerous back-and-forths through email since then and I’m still being double charged. This is unacceptable.

There was no long term parking when ai arrived at the station. Which resulted in me missing my train and having to buy another ticket at full price .You shouldn’t sell parking tickets if there’s no parking.

Hard to find a spot
I arrived at 9:20am and no open slots ( I prepaid). I ended up finding a slot where a car took up two spots. When I got home, I saw many cars with a warning ticket on them. Why is this a warning? Do they not have to pay? I nearly missed my train looking for a spot (and pretty much created my own).

Needed to talk to customer service called one number and was told I needed to talk to the Philadelphia office,I called from the 30th street station at 10am on Monday (3/8) recording came on and said they were closed and there hours were Mon thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
I left message and never got a response the problem I had rectified its self but your customer service is Terri8ble from now on I will use Huber to go back and forth to the the station

The QR code does not work. I continued to put in my information several times. Then I noticed you charge me twice. I called to let you know the situation but the agent was so rude.

It was OK
It was OK. Site didn't explain what to do with the printed reservation. In fact there was a heading for that, but it was blank. No info. Would there be an attendant to give it to? So I guessed and left it on the dashboard.
