There has to be a better way
Way too complicated with little to no instruction. There was no indication of time limit, it just displayed an error message without indicating the error. Not worth the time or effort. If you’re at Assembly Row in Somerville, go to a garage instead.
Edit: I received feedback from the company, requesting more information. So I’ve upped the rating by 1 star because Sandee was very pleasant and sounded like she would take my concerns and direct them to the appropriate channels.

Unresponsive tool- took multiple attempts to connect, still with delay andd error message. Alternatively trying messaging resulted in errors as well- frustrating experience

They sent me an email asking me to rate the app. That is an obnoxious thing to do, and it made my year just a tiny bit worse, so I’m taking the time to spitefully rate them one star. They sent me another email asking me to take down this review, so now I’m doubling down on inconveniencing them as much as they’ve inconvenienced me.
