I made a reservation to park and paid the fee. When we got there the entrance was blocked off and we couldn’t get in. We ended up using a different garage and we lost our money.

I pulled into the lot not realizing that it wasn't your traditional valet - you reserve your sport in advance and such. The attendant explained the process and wasn't optimistic that there were still... Voir plus

I easily made my reservations

Very easy parking
Very easy parking. Smooth transaction. Went to the Wilbur for a show and it was easy to hand over the keys for valet parking. Attendants were happy, helpful and careful. Will park there again; it’s our preferred place now.

The staff was courteous and helpful
The staff was courteous and helpful. At the end of the night there was nice heated spot for us to wait while they retrieved our vehicle.

AVA Parking was quick and easy
AVA Parking was quick and easy! I did not realize it was Valet parking till we pulled in. They scanned my ticket and parked my car right away. After returning around 11p.m. they returned my car with no issues. Quick service and polite staff!

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. They only had one guy on who's doing valet parking and he barely spoke English and wanted us to park on the street and leave our car running with the keys in it. Absolutely insane

It different valet process
I pulled into the lot not realizing that it wasn't your traditional valet - you reserve your sport in advance and such. The attendant explained the process and wasn't optimistic that there were still reservations available. However, I couldn't understand why he couldn't look into the system to tell me rather than me having yo handle to look up myself and quickly. Looked it up on line on my phone real fast. Saw reservations were available and booked in less than 2 minutes (which feels like forever when there's another car behind you. I showed the attendant my recent purchase QR code and was set. Leaving, I texted foe my car about 10 minutes before I was leaving and whe I got there the new night attendant had my car set and ready to leave. Second attendant also had a much better service demeanor than the first attendant which imrpoved the initial experience. Easy purchase. Easy departure. Now that I know where I can park and the process when I go to that part of town. I would go again.
