This parking lot is so narrow
This parking lot is so narrow. You can hardly back out and leave. It’s also inanely expensive for people that are just trying to get medical care. It’s over twice as much as the parking garage. Another thing is the way you have to pay. Having to pay on an app is ridiculous and what if somebody doesn’t have a smart phone?

You send a notice 30 minutes before the…
You send a notice 30 minutes before the time expires, but you can't renew if you don't do it at that point. With today's technology I shouldn't have to walk back to the car to renew the parking.

There are lots of lights
Thank you so much for your parking spot right next to Children’s Hospital. It is the perfect location. I feel safe walking to there because it is well lit thank you so so much.

Easy but too expensive
It was an easy parking experience but the area was too tight. I had a hard time getting out when there were more cars in the lot. It was also too expensive.

Easy to use, pricey
Easy to use, only bad thing is the price. I started with 2 hours an it was 7.50 not bad.. the unwanted to add just 15 more minutes and it was also 7.50?! So I added another hour for 7.50. I only needed a few more minutes to walk back to my car but no matter how little.time.u needed it charged you the full price.

Won't park here again
I am prepaying for an ER parking spot. There is no way to know how long I am going to be in the ER with my child. You need to find a better system!
