Website is hard to work with. The parking lot was hard to get too and very small.

Good location and easy to park and pay
Good location and easy to park and pay.
Some spots are marked as "Reserved" but the paint is faded and it's not totally clear if they are okay to use. Has not been an issue when I've used them, so likely just old paint.

Frustrating and complicated to actually…
Frustrating and complicated to actually pay for parking. The rates on the posted sign did not match the app. There was a kiosk there which was a huge relief at first only to find that it was no longer operational. It really made me feel uncertain that I had actually paid for parking, also the website seemed cheap like I wasn't sure if this was a legitimate company but I'd say that about a lot of parking apps/websites. I don't live in the city so this is not something I do daily, for those of us that come in to town for business or pleasure occasionally this makes me ask, "why the hell do I do this to myself?"

Parking in a big city is always a struggle. Especially when you are from out of town. This parking could not have been any easier. Close enough to downtown to walk and all you had to do was put your license plate number in and the amount of time you were going to be there along with your credit card number. And half the price of any where else. A+

Payment was through qr code only
Payment was through qr code only, and would not allow us time past midnight. For new years celebrations, being able to purchase past midnight was needed. Parking lot was poorly lit and the paint for the spaces were faded

Difficult to navigate
Rates posted on lot sign were not available through the site. Had to guess multiple times on length of parking to get the request to process.
