Easy parking and felt safe

Easy parking and felt safe. Had to go to the third floor but spaces were big enough and cars were patient on the ramp

Park At Your Own Risk

If I could give 0 starts I would. You pay cheap, you get cheap! My first time parking in this cheap garage (cheap is definitely not great) My vehicle was broken into along what I could see two other vehicles. I learned from another customer as he drove up to the level (3) where I was and other vehicles parked to warn him of what happened; customer stated he heard approximately 10 vehicles were broken into and there was no parking attendant onsite. Nothing was taken, just rummaged through, and a $200 (deductible) setback and several days with no window until it is repaired.

In/out privileges were unclear. Paying on phone was convenient, but having to enter a credit card number (no way to pay with Apple Pay or PayPal) was inconvenient. When I left the garage it said my cost was $0 but I prepaid. The confusion over how pre-payment worked with in/out privileges was so much that I moved to a different garage.

Didn’t give me the early bird price…

Didn’t give me the early bird price listed on the sign. Plus the garage was awful, no elevators and tiny narrow two way circular ramps with solid walls that one vehicle could barely fit in.

Being a first time user of Parking.com

Being a first time user of Parking.com, I found it difficult to know if the registration was complete or not. I did not feel there was sufficient feedback to clearly indicated that I was registered. Since I could have my car towed if it was not complete; I considered this important. However, once I was fairly sure I was registered, I was more comfortable leaving my cat. It would appear from various messages after I parked that the next time will be easier since I have the app on my phone.

Parking garage closed before 11:00

Parking garage closed before 11:00. We were lucky to get our car out. Will never use this company again

Impressed

When I called the number posted someone answered my called and was very pleasant. I didn't have to leave a message or spoke to someone who couldn't answered my questions. My application was submitted and worked on immediately.
