I got over charged. I paid $12 for my hour and a half session. I came in only 7 mins early and left right on time and had to pay an additional $31. I will never use your services again.

Horrible. No way to get into the door of the parking garage to get to our vehicle. The isles to get to the available parking were two way and so narrow there’s no way to have two cars at one time. I’ll never use this garage again.

I'm happy with how easy it is to find parking at a good price

The biggest frustration is the inability to access the garage. I was standing outside the locked door another person (who booked using a different app) and neither of us could get into the garage to get our vehicles. Customer service was not any help. Fortunately a resident of the apartments was leaving and opened the door for us. She mentioned it is a known issue. I understood the tight space issue when I booked but the access is a deal breaker.

This garage does not have an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or if you have a lot of bags or equipment that you need to transport, this garage may not work for you. Also, the pedestrian entry to the garage was locked when I tried to get back in. The number listed for the facility rang for about 3 minutes with no answer before disconnecting me. The parking.com helpline was not helpful; the agent was instructing me to press a call button (there wasn't one) or call the facility (which I did twice with no answer). I only got back in because someone with a key fob to the pedestrian door happened to come by and let me in.

Gate would not open for 45 minutes and had to wait for someone to arrive to fix it. No separate way out. Price went up, car gets damaged from how small parking spots are and get door dinged.

They have a good location.

The building is narrow so I would not recommend for oversized vehicles. But I do have a Toyota Avalon which is pretty long and it fit okay. Great price over the labor day weekend to park car and leave for a few days. Building is secure with garage doors and if entering to get your car you need the QR code to gain access to the building.

The pass didn't work (second time this gas happened to me). Intercom at checkout also didn't work. Awkward and embarrassing with all the waiting people behind me as I was trying to get the pass to work. Awful experience. Thanks for asking.

The QR code disappeared before the appointment time ends and cannot exit the garage

I had trouble at the machine paying this expensive bill as I tried to exist which caused a delay and I was not given a receipt.

The parking garage at 850 N State Street is not up to City Codes. There is minimal clearance for gates, turns and parking spaces. I severely damaged my car and am expecting compensation for damages to my vehicle. Please send me contact information for whom it may concern.

We prepaid reservation and were still charged anyway on exit.

This was not a good parking garage. The place is super tiny. Very claustrophobic. If you have a large vehicle- you won’t fit.
When driving it’s only one way. If another car comes you would have to back up the whole way. There is no elevator. The stairs are extremely creepy. When walking out- we saw a huge dead rat. We will not be using this parking garage ever again!

Simple, easy, efficient

Easy to book, digital entry bar code, clean garage although very tight in every way. No elevators I could find, though. Took the stairs with a suitcase. Wish I knew.

I was stuck in the parking lot and they helped me right away.

Parking spaces are rather narrow even for a mid-size car.
Parking instructions that I followed said that on entry only a ticket should be taken (without scanning the prepaid pass). These instructions didn't allow me to exit the garage. I had to call for assistance.

The instructions did not indicate that it was needed to scan the QR code upon entry.

This caused me to have to call the attendant (who is not on site) and this conversation caused me to go over my parking limit. This also caused a huge traffic jam. The only solution the attendant had was for me to pay the posted time (an additional $30).
