There is too much guess work involved…
There is too much guess work involved in understanding the process. From finding the parking lot code to getting in and out to determine the amount of time and charge, there is too much overhead. Not sure what problem is solved or process simplified? What’s wrong with the automated gates that print a ticket and you pay on your way out?
Too bad!!

$1 transaction fee on $2 parking…
A $1 transaction fee on a $2 parking fee is ridiculous. And if you don't know to back out of the transaction after entering in all your info and/or creating an account in order to reset the clock, all the minutes spent entering that info are deducted from your parking time. That's right, you're paying them for the time it takes you to use their app. They're already going to potentially rent the same spot multiple times in one time period, depending on how much each customer shorts their stay, so by default the meter shouldn't start until they get paid... like other parking apps do.
