Parking.com - DRUCKER LOT Avis 59

Manager of the lot was kinda shady, wanted to double charge us even though we had pre paid online. Wouldn’t let us park when we got there, even though we had a reservation. Fortunately one of the other workers offered to move some of the vehicles around so we could park. Overall the manager was argumentative and offered very poor customer service.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I reserved parking and paid for it only to realize when I got there that the spot I reserved did not take the voucher. I could not even get a refund and the phone support was an disaster and did not led to anywhere.

Would give zero stars if I could. Parking lot closed and no response from customer service. Boo

Paid in advance online. People working there first tried to charge me again, then asked me to pay 20 USD extra because an SUV ain't an oversize vehicle?! When I picked up the car they again tried to collect 85 USD. Very bad experience!

What is the point of having a parking website when you do not communicate with the actual people running the parking lot? I paid for my oversized vehicle and when I got there I was told no space was left. By the quickness in which I received a refund, this must happen often.

Clean, tight transaction, both when booking on the website right on through parking and retrieving the car.

The attendants were helpful and I did not have to wait needlessly either upon entry or exit. I would certainly use this location again.

The parking lot did not exist! It was all boarded up due to some construction. It would have been nice to know that before paying and traveling 75 miles.

Was great , once I got the Manager at the parking lot. The attendance were RUDE and wanted to deny me a parking space and they did not understand that I had a reservation. They did not care that I had a reservation .
I asked how do I get a refund, the responses was I don’t care .
I tried to show the attendant my reservation on my phone and he said It does not matter the lot is full. I wish I got there names but I can tell you it was 4 pm on Nov 16th
The two attendants were SUPER RUDE and very uninformed. Either they did not understand that I had a reservation or did not care.
I had to get really aggressive and persistent for about 15 mins before they let me talk to my manager . They would have gladly let me drive away and kept my money!!!

The manager finally got involved and worked it out. He was GREAT. Really nice guy and good at his job. He knew what the reservation was and what to do with it.
But if I had not fought with them for 15 mins I would have wasted my money and not got a parking space

Very nice attendants. I arrived early and had to rebook my reservation. Was assured that I would get refund on the original reservation, which I did. Rebooked and was able to park a half hour earlier than planned. Same cost. Had I not rebooked for the earlier time, they would have had to charge me as much as $45 for the additional time. Was within walking distance of where I was going. Also, near great deli and the Empire State Building. Attendant brought me my car immediately when I returned. Wasn't sure about tipping but was told it's recommended 10-15% or more. Seemed reasonable.

The attendants were very nice. Only difficulty was I arrived early and was not able to park yet. They told me that other customers went in the app and cancelled their reservation and rebooked for the earlier time. I was hesitant to do so but trusted it would refund my charge and it worked out fine. There was no difference in cost, either. Definitely a good idea to reserve a spot because a lot of parking places in the area were full. Would use this lot again.

I am never going to use it. I went there with my tesla with a prepaid parking ticket, and they said that they cannot park tesla. Asked me to go to a different lot belonging to the same company. I finally found the lot, and the lot said that the ticket did not belong to this new lot and refused to park. I had to pay in full for another parking too (besides the first one). No refund, had to pay twice.

I paid ahead of time using parking.com only to be greeted with hostility at the place we reserved a spot. As soon as I showed up I was told there was no parking and to get lost. I asked for a refund and was laughed at. Luckily I was able to get my money back by calling the company of the lot instead of dealing with its nefarious employees. Do not pay ahead of time for parking in Scam City New York.. you will get burned

It did not have an accurate address for the location in NYC. When I arrived they aid that they have no space for my car. I showed them my reservation and also paid in advance for an oversize vehecle (I Drove a 4runner Toyota) - eventually they took the car keys and i left. when returning for the car, the gentleman took his sweetest time to recover the car. Had no desire to work. Not sure I will use this lot again.

There was no communication with the actual lot and there was no actual spot for my van. I had to scramble to find a parking spot for my oversized van, in Manhattan, at 6:00 PM. Very disappointing.
