Absolutely terrible experience. The machine registered my parking ticket and showed that i owed $10. I couldn’t get the credit card to work despite trying 3 cards. I used the help button and the person was helpful, sending me a link to pay online. However, the amount online was wrong, saying I parked a full 24 hours before I did, and to add insult to injury charged me a 99 cent convenience fee. Nothing was convenient about the process. Additionally, none of the links to contact them worked, and there was no way to reach anyone. I received threats that they’d charge penalties so I paid it but it felt like extortion.

I was forced to pay for an extra day and “convenience” fee when the gate to exit the facility was broken. I called service 5 times and was hung up on and finally demanded the fifth person let me out as I had spent 25 minutes (the person in front of me had the same issue) waiting to leave the garage. They finally sent me a link but charged me for 3 days despite my still having the card to prove I was there for only 39 hours. I was irate when they then added a .99 “convenience” fee to the payment because THEIR EQUIPMENT FORCED ME TO PAY ONLINE instead of at the kiosk. I thought about not paying it because I was fraudulently billed and still have the proof but did not want a parking violation on my record. I called SP and never got a call back and there was no contact email or chat or to leave my complaints. Absolutely terrible service and a scam to make more money. Will NEVER park here again. Go to any other garage for better service and less frustration!!
