They refused to take my car
They refused to take my car. I paid for oversized but they told me that my Suburban was bigger than oversized and that it was Supersized.

False information about clearance
I booked an oversized space for a van. I knew my clearance was 7'-3". When I booked it, the photo of the outside of the garage had a sign saying: "8'-0" Clearance. When I got there, the actual clearance was 7'-0". So I paid for a spot I couldn't use and then you didn't make it easy to get a refund.

I prepaid parking and was forced to pay an additional charge for them to get my vehicle. This was after I produced a paid receipt.
I prepaid parking - after this initial review SP Parking reached out and credited my credit card for the amount of the subsequent charge the next day. I appreciated the prompt reply and resolution.
