Awful experience
Awful experience.
Visiting downtown Dallas for a concert.
Staying at Sova Hotel, parking in the lot next to it.
Took me 30 minutes to finally be able to check out and pay for parking. I was having a "card or payment error". Tried paying unsuccessfully through the website, then installed their app hoping it would be easier but I was having the same problem. Then tried paying by text but never got a reply. Finally got to pay by adding a card to Apple Pay instead.
Also, I'm staying overnight at a hotel and the app/website will not let me pay for more than 12 hours at a time(it will just make you pay a monthly rate of $80 something). What am I supposed to do? Get up extra early and pay for more hours?

Our car got broken into in your lot. ☠️ Do not recommend. They smashed not one, but two car windows.

Nobody really always knows how long you’ll need a parking spot for
I liked that it had open spots right next to where I needed to go, but it asked how long I needed it for. I didn’t know, it’s courts house, I put 3 hours. I was there 30 min. So paid 8 dollars for 30 min. Should have a way to check out or something if you don’t use all the time, I don’t know something like that. And receive some money back, and also if you need more time to add more time

I paid for 3 hours, ended up only using 30 minutes. Could not figure how to be reimbursed for rest of my time I paid for.

It’s very convenient to walking area to get something to eat
My wife and I didn’t have t go very far too eat and I love the location where our cars and ourselves can be seen if something happen. It can be very safe

My car got broken into
My car got broken into. My glove compartment was open, and all my items were spread out on the floor. They also took my gym bag. I called asking to review the cameras, and they said they didn't have cameras. Wow, you would expect they have cameras. Something obvious to have.

The parking app was awesome
The parking app was awesome! I was able to locate the parking lot I needed for the day. I was able to freely park. I scanned my app and paid. Easy process! I will use my app again!
