We go to the same restaurant about once…
We go to the same restaurant about once a week and every time we go, we have to re-enter all the payment information which should really be stored. We never have this problem with pay by phone.

2) Found the "OFFICE"gentleman there spoke Spanish & very little English!
3) Used my card....I left thought it was PAID !
4)Your directions on how to get OUT EXIT SIGNS can lead a person in circles!
5)Get home I see on my computer TBL with my card...I see the phone # to call....I call get a recorded message I ask for a person...there is no person...to ask a question....! Next time I'm in the GABLES & need a parking area....I will try to find a PARKING AREA that has a better SYSTEM....or at least SOMEONE that can help when a customer has a ?

The parking system did not clock me out…
The parking system did not clock me out at 11:30 pm, the night that I was there. I went back the next day for a number to call and it charged me 2 times for that day, and I received a text message saying that I still owed from the previous night. I will not be entering that garage again, it is crazy.

Easy in-out of parking garage.
The instructions to pay were easy to follow. Entering and exiting was without delay. Price was reasonable.

Parking was fast, cheap and inside
Parking was fast, easy, good size space and cheap (Coral Gables, garage, 3 hours, less than $13…wow!). Easy to get in and out; app easy to work with.

Parking.com offered ZERO assistance…
Parking.com offered ZERO assistance when Giralda Place/SP+ Parking garage falsely charged us for parking a second time. No one ever answered the phone and we got charged even though we didn’t park a second time.

Mala experiencia y mal cobro
No hay forma de modificar el metodo de pago, lo ingrese como 3 veces mi nueva tarjeta, y aun así se cobraron con la anterior... y de paso me amenazan como mansions por no pagar. Y estuve 1:45 y aun que salí con ese tiempo ustedes siguieron corriendo el tiempo hasta completar 2 horas para cobrarme el doble.
