Surprised just to check out this resort and see what it looked like, we had to pay a parking fee. Will discourage us from using this resort as a future possibility. Parking App worked OK however.

The gate code did not exist, so this is just a case of the company and system not being in sync with each other.
The web page after making a payment has a button to create an account, but all it does is refresh the page and does not go to an account creation dialog. Also it appears the page does not always acce... Voir plus

No one could tell me how to make the…
No one could tell me how to make the time stop when exiting the property. Then someone said it would automatically stop when you completely leave the property. Good thing I went back to my phone a few hours later and discovered the clock did not stop when I completely left the property. App wasn’t user friendly. Took me a while to figure out how to stop the time. I guess this is how you all make money by scamming people. Would not ever return to La cantera. Lots of theft happened around. Big time money grab.

not great
I chose self parking was told was way cheaper per day then ended up being for two days I spent 50 dollars and then on top of it had ants all inside my car when got back into the car.

Paid parking is a scam
So I have to pay to drive around and find a parking spot. AND I have to pay a service fee what service was provided? Parking is a scam. I sure as hell can not charge my customers to park at my business.

Multiple transactions
I had no idea there was paid parking, I also thought the transaction was for the whole stay and not per day. I didn't know we had to leave by 10AM, otherwise I would have checked out sooner. I did see the info text after the fact but should be displayed better I guess.

No user friendly
Hard to use. The system would not take my original form of payment. It asked for a gate code upon exiting but not sure where that was. Not very user friendly.
