Easy in and out lot. Great price.

Parking location to the venue was accurate and use of service was outstanding!!! I will utilize parking.com again when attending any downtown/loop events.

Customers should be informed when they are parking in a private owned residence versus a public lot.. swing a sign that reads “ residents only “ can be very confusing

Parking process worked fine. It was frustrating to not have an option to extend my parking time which can be done in every other parking app I use. It makes me less likely to choose a parking.com lot in the future when another option is available.

Close to the venue, easy in and out, some spots covered. A great experience

The parking was fine but the person who parked right before me said she paid $9 and I paid $42

I paid $25 to park and when exiting the door wouldn’t open using my ticket. I paid for 2 more tickets to no avail and wound up spending $75. When neither worked, I clicked the assistance button and it opened right up. With no proof of an additional payment by me. So clearly, an additional payment was not needed. Please refund the $50. Not using Parking.com again unless I’m refunded and will warn others against it.

The parking was as advertised. Plenty of parking spots available and access in/out worked well. I paid a higher price than I paid recently at other locations in the area for three hours.

My only issue with my recent parking experience was the online directions took me to the wrong entrance of the garage. I had to drive around the corner to get to the correct entrance to use the QR code.

Clean secure. Easy to get in. But to exit my QR code did not work and had to use help button and speak with operator and give order number.

A little scary but it was a great parking spot for our new full size suv!

I was able to park fine, but trying to leave the scanner didn't recognize the QR code and I had to have my partner get out of the car and scan it like we were going in so we could leave. There's also only one lane that works for in and out of this small parking garage, so we saw that be an issue for some other guests. Good price and good location to Wintrust Arena.

I tried to leave and my ticket failed. I called the attendant and she was worthless with trying to help. I literally explained I was INSIDE the parking lot and was having an issue with my ticket while trying to leave. She gave me some talk that I couldn’t understand and then hung up. Still trapped INSIDE, I then called back where she finally just gave up and allowed me to leave.

Otherwise, the app worked fine for buying a parking spot.

If I am paying for 2 hours, I should get 2 hours. I arrived at 716pm, but my time was 7pm to 9pm. My time should end at 916pm.

Installed the app and used it downtown. No major issues on the parking experience. Not great, but no awful either. But, next day the card I used for payment was compromised. I can't be 100% positive, but the app is by far the most likely reason. TBH, I think they've had a security breach or there's a security flaw in the app.
