It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

Guaranteed parking even though I ran late, WOW!
Due to a prior engagement, I got to my parking appointment late. Nonetheless, my parking was still guaranteed even though I ran late, WOW!

Please pay before location
Eveytime me and my friend tried to go on the app to pay for parking we couldn’t pay. We was in the parking lot for 30 minutes trying to figure it out.

Barcodes fail. No refund.
I tried to use a prepaid barcode and it failed.
I tried contacting support via email for a refund and got no response.
I still have no refund 10 days later.
