Parking lot is great shaped, looks clean, space are appropriate provided a nice between others customers and is really a great option o al. Customers or workers in the area like me.

Parking.com app is great
Parking.com app is great. Easy to use with a QR Scan at parking lot entrance. Also easy to use zone # to enter brings the lot right up too.

Getting tickets on car even if also…
Getting tickets on car even if also payed. The cost of a late fee if I do forget to pay is enormous. I been parking in this lot for over a year, and the cost for forgeting to pay in morning should not be $30.00

Their website and app are so frustratingly impossible to use. The lot says it is open 24/7 yet the website only lets you pay for parking for certain weird, puzzle-shaped parking times. For example, I could pay for 11 hours but not for 12, so I had to wake up early in the morning to pay for MORE parking. And, don’t even bother trying to pay for parking at certain times that are apparently inconvenient for the app — it will say they’re unable to process your payment so you have to cross your fingers and hope no one comes to ticket your car for an hour while you wait for the website to be more amenable to you trying to pay for parking.

The good & bad of the service.
I like that you messaged me to tell me that my thing was expiring and I didn’t have to go down there and manually do it. However, I wasn’t a big fan of the fact that when I initially tried to pay for 12 hours it charged me over $48 but when I did 8 hours and another 8 hours i was charged $28. Seems like a scam to me.
