The website and qr code wouldn't work…
The website and qr code wouldn't work easily on my phone. I had to use my husbands older phone. This happened to multiple people in our party. We were supposed to be validated and the validation submission wouldn't come up in the facility so no validation. No response when I emailed customer service.

Do not park somewhere using parking.com!
Could not pay online with Google Pay. Used a card and it went through and showed a countdown timer for when the spot expired. We went back to our car and had a ticket from the venue for 75 dollars, while the countdown timer showed we still had 6 hours left. As of right now, we are still in the process of "disputing" this ticket. Seems like parking.com doesn't actually work and I will not be parking anywhere using their service again.

Departure time/date was very confusing in this process
I was at the location from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock. The only option for when I would be leaving was the following day. It was really confusing. I had to go inside and ask the people at the counter to clarify that process for me and then once I was in there they let me know that they had a validation code I could have. This check-in process was the messiest parking that I have used in Charlotte
