Favorite hidden spot to park in Streeterville.

It was very easy to get my parking space confirmed, and the price was very good. I appreciate that I was able to confirm a spot three weeks before the event that will be having me visit Harbor Towers. I love to, that I have a barcode that I am assuming would make my entrance very smooth. Thank you.

I have called left messages about double payment and never received a response back

No help with what I thought was an extraordinary fine for going an hour over the limit during non business hours.

It’s quick and easy to setup parking thru Parking.com. The app is easy to use and I’ve always found an open spot.

North Harbor Tower parking was fine... wish they had working license plate readers at the exit so you don't have to scan while exiting as your phone struggles to connect underground.
Google Play Store version of the Parking.com App makes you login almost every time you open it, and its "Google login" option makes you
type in user ID, password, 2 factor every time!!! It's even worse when that happens at the garage exit with multiple people honking and screaming at you. The app didn't work... somehow managed to get their website to work after 15 attempts!!! The worst!

The app is very user friendly and it’s easy in/easy out with the QR code.

I usually have very positive experiences with SP+ parking in my hometown San Diego. this time in Chicago was a complete disaster. we were visiting the city as tourists and reserved the parking for 6 hours, as we were walking back to the parking location I realized we might be late so I reserved another hour and received the confirmation and pass. When we wanted to come out of the parking, it didn't accept our updated pass for the additional hour, when scanned the original pass, for the extra ~half an hour it wanted to charge us 3 times the whole price of 6 hours which was crazy. I called the number to get support, they told me they could not do anything and I should use the help button on the kiosk, which nobody answered, we were there for another half an hour without getting any answer, we finally got out after another car, which felt unsafe and unpleasant. Generally, SP parking is very easy to use and also provides better prices especially when booked online. I always use it when I want to park near SD airport or when I'm in DC and need parking, However, this time was not positive at all.

Personnel were fine when I called. What I did'nt like was that a parking spot in Chicago was not guaranteed. I asked to cancel. Apparently you are prepaying for any unreserved spot with no guarantee that there will be one. I thought I would-be assigned a spot.

The parking site was not at the listed address. We looked at all nearby locations as well. We called the support number but they didn't speak English and didn't help us. We were charged for parking we couldn't use.

Reservation was easy, parking location was convenient and secure.

The code would not work, I paid for parking I was unable to access. Will NEVER park there again. The customer service were not helpful and, I had to go pay for parking elsewhere. They told me to pull a ticket which meant I was paying double.
