The system has flaws in technical. I paid for two hours on Friday and left on time. Sunday morning, I received a text reminding me that I have 20 min left on my parking. So weird. Flawed system.

Like so many Parking vendors the…
Like so many Parking vendors the software is not friendly. Considering the user is probably outside of their care , often in inclement weather, going from screen-to-screen is problematic.
When I tried to log in with my account, the site would not accept my log in info., which I confirmed is accurate.
When I scanned the sign, which is often 7-8 feet high and may be a challenge for accuracy, the site did not accept my credit info, though it was accurate.
I went back to the log-in and it took the second time.
I wonder if our digital infrastructure or your IT vendor is not prepared for the sudden massive demand.
The lot itself was clean and well marked.
At the end, I did have a payment issue as when I finally placed the order via my login. The site defaulted to our other car. I'll be more careful.
Your customer service addressed and identified the issue ASAP is waived the ticket. Greatly appreciated!

Price Gouging
You charge the same amount for 1-30 minutes as you do an hour. Some people only need to do a quick 10-15 minute trip and you charge $6.50. Price gouging.

I parked yesterday at the Gaylord…
I parked yesterday at the Gaylord Opryland. It went smoothly, but the receipt machine was out of paper or not working so I didn’t get one. Is there any way to send me one? I can’t get reimbursed without it. Thank you so much!
