My card was charge for an extra day

My card was charge for an extra day, $25 a day for parking, Made me limit my visit. I spoke to customer service concerning the extra charge, I was told someone would reach out to me. It's been 24hrs.

Total BS

This is absurd to charge for parking at hotels, let alone at the ridiculous rates you charge. It was not a parking fee, it was a kidnapping ransom demand by a domestic terrorist organization known as Parking.com

It’s an extremely poor set up

It’s an extremely poor set up. The cones block people from moving around in the parking lot and people get trapped at the gate because the Camera’s “don’t detect a car” when you try to scan your way out. Because of this, there is always a line of cars and the cones trap you in from trying to move to the other exit. Three times I exited and each time I sat at the gate for almost 10 minutes trying to get the gate open and talking with customer service. I am always in this area for business and it is extremely frustrating and I will not be staying at this hotel again because of this reason.

I lost my connection in Miami on Sept…

I lost my connection in Miami on Sept 1, went to Element hotel by the airport on rental car. I stay at the hotel less than 12 hours, arrived around 11:00 pm and left around 10:50 am on Monday 2nd.
Patking charged my car double, 2 days. I called twice to customer service, they very gently told me I need to send an email to the manager Erica Ramos, sent the email to her, explain the situation and the check in time and the check out and also the rental car agreement that shows same plate if the car, pick up time and drop off time. Guess what, she answered I exceeded my time for 15 min, but I stayed less than 12 hours.
Long story short, terrible experience with parking.com, terrible experience with customer service.
Double charge is a TERRIBLE practice!!!
I hope someone do something to avoid this terrible practice.

I was quoted two different prices stating that if I checked out before a certain time I would pay for example $50 and if I checked out after that time, I would pay $20 more say $70. I checked out of the element hotel in a timely manner and was still charged the higher fee for which I do not understand That is my only complaint

Incorrect charge and poor service support

I parked my car in Element Airport Hotel in Miami and used the App to park my car for a day on 8/2/24. The charge on the app was about $25. I actually parked for only 14 hours from 9 pm on 8/2/24 to 11 am on 8/3/24. But I received the bill receipt for 2 days charge ($51) in my email. Called and the representative told me I need to call another number (305-377-2271). Then the operator asked me to send an email to eramos@spplus .com to dispute the charge. Sent the email and still no responses after two days.

Watch for over charging - no customer support

Stayed at hotel for 11 hours, charged for 2 days of parking. They don't have a phone number to call, and they don't answer emails. They screw people and their is almost no recourse. Hotel was useless in resolving as well. Front desk person told me it happens some times. Have to dispute with the credit card company.

I was over charged for one night…

I was over charged for one night staying at the Element in Miami. Instead if the 26 for the night they continued to charge me, even while I already returned my rental car and flew home. Once I called, I had to deal with 3 different people as well as element hotel who sent me back to the same service. No result except them scamming me out of money. If there is any other solution to parking, I would take it in a heart beat. Totally scammed.

I find it very ridiculous that hotel…

I find it very ridiculous that hotel guest have to pay for parking and especially at the cost that was being asked for. If such registered guest should atleast have a 50% off since there are staying at the hotel.

There was no sign indicating that the…

There was no sign indicating that the first hour was free, so I ended up paying for patking unnecessarily. There should be instruction available at the kiosk and on the app with this inform

I was parked at Element Hotel MIA from…

I was parked at Element Hotel MIA from 6/15 at 8.30pm to 6/17 at 4.45am. I was charged $78.00. Clearly overcharged and can’t get a partial refund. Though I loved the hotel, I won’t return due to how I was overcharged in parking.
