The parking itself was good - easy access, and close to the Brooklyn bridge. The map link in the email did not guide to the entrance, but to the other side of the building.

This was my first time using a parking…
This was my first time using a parking garage, we were on a trip from Alabama. The workers met us right out from and took the keys to park the car..
When we came back, our car brought to us pretty quickly.
I only gave 4 stars because i wasnt expecting him to take my phone to the office to compare the confirmation number.

Easy to make reservations
