Parking.com - POINT ORLANDO Avis 42

A total scam. My son entered the parking garage with a gate up and no one there to monitor the gate. He was there for 4 hours and looked around to see how he could pay. He then thought maybe it was a special event, which this area holds many.
We get a "non dated" letter on January 13th his fee was $12.25 dated 12/23 with a "Notice Fee" of $54.50. Absolutely ridiculous. I fully understand that a fee needs to be paid, but this amount is unacceptable. I have reported this to the agencies that monitor and hold companies like this accountable so that other people like me aren't taken advantage of.

It was easy to pay with just one text, the qr code were blurry so It couldnt read, but everything was easy :)

Your website acknowledged me extending the time

And later simply said at the time of the original limit that my time was over !

I tried extending again but the system didn’t allow me

Seems like a scam!

Of course, I returned as quickly to the car and had a $30 penalty for YOUR MISTAKE

I even disputed the issue and after 72 hrs NO ANSWER !!

Terrible !

The app and service worked fine, but there were signs that indicated free parking in the garage, yet all I saw were paid parking spots. Plus 90% of the parking lot was blocked off for valet, even tho it was only about 25% utilized. This is a very #sus way of limiting available spots to make us pay.

All of my credit and debit cards are valid and none of them worked to get me out of parking garage. Had to call the help button and the process took over 20 minutes. I will go out of my way to never park in a parking garage run by this company ever again the worst experience ever had

I had never used or experienced a parking.com spot before, but now wish everywhere used it. It was convenient to just use my phone while standing at my car to pay for the spot. The price was okay, and I even received an email notification the time was expiring, which was helpful. Not sure if text was an option, but that would have been even better.

I was confused by the parking garage. I did see that free parking was on the upper levels, but when I got to the 2nd level, I didn't see anybody to collect money. I also didn't a ticket, so I thought I would pay on my way out. It wasn't until I was leaving that I saw the instructions over the top of the parking space. I paid after the fact and paid extra to make sure I covered my visit. I'm still waiting to see if I get a penalty. It wasn't clear to me how the paid parking worked until it was too late.

Easy Parking, safe and not over priced.

Terrible parking garage. Wouldn't scan my credit card, took so long to process my payment on the phone the price went up 2 dollars and I was stuck waiting 30 minutes. Will never park there again. I hope the garage closes down. I don't normally write reviews.

It was so easy and convenient!!! Just scan and park!!!

Had problems with pay machine would not except my credit card. I had to go on the app and make a payment, which was unnecessary had the machine worked.

Very convenient. Don't see the older generations figuring it out however.

Once we found a spot, which was easy, there were barcodes all around the place to scan and pay for parking. It was a quick and easy process, without downloading any apps. The post-payment page has all the necessary information regarding the parking with a timer.

Easy, fast and convenient on a busy Saturday night!

Lots of difficulty with app, needed to set everything up again even though I had used it before. Thought it worked but app had error and didn't get email, almost got towed or violation, but good thing I checked. Then more difficulty trying to extend time, it wanted to start a new session...
