Lot needs major maintenance. Asphalt was disintegrating. No lines and narrow aisle requiring cramped four point turns. No security, no protection. Just not worth the money.

Lot needs major maintenance. Asphalt was disintegrating. No lines and narrow aisle requiring cramped four point turns. No security, no protection. Just not worth the money.

Great option for downtown parking
Had some business to take care of downtown. I thought about parking at my job and taking the bus. I decided that it would be easier to park at my destination. I was able to find suitable space. Easy point and pay with my phone was great. A bit pricey, but expected for downtown. I would consider using again if needed.

It’s supposed to be $5 after 5pm and it’s NOT
It’s supposed to be $5 after 5pm and we are on EST. The time on the parking app was 4pm CST when it was 5pm EST. I took the chance and waited until 6pm EST so that it would be 5pm CST and it was still $12.99 which isn’t right because there are at least 20 signs all downtown that say $5 after 5pm??

Beware, don't make my mistake...
The app does not let you know that you paid for all day parking amount. I put two hours then had to add more time because I didn't expect to be there that long. So I paid the same price to add more hours when I could have just played it safe and put more time for the same amount the first time. I was tricked and learned for the next time.
