Parking was great and we found everything to be very nice thank you!!

Affordable parking, the directions to actually get to the parking was not great though. Google tried to take us through entrances that didn't exist. Definitely worth it to scout out a few different spots as a spot closer to our destination was cheaper than the one we went with.

It was easy to use

When we scanned the QR code to pay, it took us to a malicious site that charged our card twice before we cancelled the card and ordered a new one. Additionally, it took so long to finally pay, that we were late for our reservation, necessitating, a 30 minute wait for the next table. Will avoid next time, even if we have to walk from home.

The extra convenience was worth the extra cost! Would use again!

Parking was convenient to our destination, but in a very dark side street. The lot was not well lit, which was uncomfortable late at night.
The price was competitive. The payment app was easy to use.

Texting to pay was okay, since it was dark outside I had issues reading my card number to pay.

I was parking to attend a funeral at Christ Church and feel that the use of Church property for this sort of event should not be saddled with the requirement of having to pay. Commercial customers are one thing, but church customers should be exempt from having to pay to park on the church's property for a church event. This might be the church's problem rather than yours but the two of you should get together and work out a system to exempt church users for church events. One method might be for the church to notify you of the date for an event and then hire someone to photograph the license plates of churchgoer's cars that use the facility for that event and send the list of license plates to you. I feel sure that some method could be developed to alleviate this issue with some thought.

Parked here for a concert at Rupp Arena. Kinda far to walk, but we did - and felt safe.

You must consider older people that may not be able to perform the functions of these types of lots and consider installing meters or some type of box where money or CCs could be used. Not everyone can scan a QR code or text, believe it or not.

Plus your sign said the cost was $8 for 3 hours and when the final charge was all said and done it was $12.95!!!!!!!!! Outrageous to park my car across the street for a wedding for only 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The parking lot worked for me when a street festival blocking the Courthouse parking facility. I was in a bind to find a close parking space to the Fayette County Circuit Court. My job depended on it. I was grateful!

A little pricey but easy to access and pay. Well lit facility.

Too expensive to park on an otherwise quiet, sleepy Sunday night street in Lexington!
