Parking.com - WINSLOW LOT Avis 15

My band was playing a gig right behind where I parked. It made it super nice to unload my gear and get into the gig. It was easy and worked perfectly.

The pay meter in the lot did not work. Had to go through the hassle of pulling out debit card, finding a website and entering everything. Then it didn’t want to take the amount of time (1hr) so I had to pay for 2 hours even though just going to run in to a store quickly.

I didn’t get to park where I paid, it was full. Tried calling CS and was put on hold for 30 minutes.

I quite literally paid $30 for parking that was impossible to find. Like I’m almost convinced the garage didn’t even exist because I drove in circles for 30 minutes trying to figure out where I was supposed to be parking at. I had to park somewhere completely different and am still upset about wasting $30 dollars on parking that I never even found.

It was rather easy to pay. Suggestion: I should be able to take the photo in the app to provide my vehicle's # plate instead of entering it by hand. Secondly, some discount would be welcome. Overall, I liked the app

Easy to use, liked the text option and the reminder that my time expired and the option to add more time without leaving my meeting. Everything is managed through phone.

Was incredibly pricey. Would have been cheaper to park on the street and had a different rate listed for after 5 but charged me for daytime and I couldn't find a way around it.

Tried to use the payment kiosk, but it didn’t register any of the letters I entered in my license plate number- only the digits. I was nervous my license plate wouldn’t match what I was able to enter, so I ended that attempt and went to the website from my phone. I would’ve rather if everything functioned correctly the first time I tried to use it.

At the parking lot, it was going to charge me $20 at the kiosk. I booked on the app and it charged me $12 while my sister who booked hers via text just seconds after I did was only charged $5. Three different prices. This was at the Winslow lot in Lexington, KY. Date of experience was Oct 08, 2022, around 2:50 PM Eastern. It won't stay selected in the "date of experience" box.

I had trouble figuring out how to pay for parking and ended up paying 3 times for 12 hours. I did it because I never realized if I had paid and did not want my care towed. This needs to be easier

I have paid to park here one day a week for the past 2 weeks. The first week it was a seamless transaction, couldn't have been more convenient. This week, when I arrived at my scheduled time, the spots were all full!
