Why do you charge $1 more over the actual rate. Other than that I like the convenience of paying through the app.

Quick and User-Friendly
I had usually been paying cash but one day the machines were broken, so I remembered I had this app from another mishap (had no money or debit card on me). So I used that and it's been very user friendly. I can book my spot anytime, even remotely.

This lot only cost $1.50 for the day…
This lot only cost $1.50 for the day which is great but the payment system requires you to put in the hours you will be there which doesn't make sense. This should only be required if you're there for longer than one day. Also, there isn't an option to pay for the month. The app was difficult, as the words word jumbled together and I have a larger phone...looks like the app needs better configuration.

Horrible app
Horrible app- constantly saying password doesn’t work then after resetting 5 times. Each time with confirmation email of change still doesn’t work so end up checking out as guest. Pay more fees in app than at the ticket both in person
