Legitimate but less convenient than advertised
This is a legitimate outfit and I did get my placard (Note to everyone saying this is unscrupulous: you still have to show medical documentation, it's just faster than waiting for appointments).
However, they don't meet their own SLA timelines and you have to stay on top of support *daily* to get anything done. Don't bother with email support, it's all AI. Call them instead, and be aware that the first "person" you speak to will also be AI before you get transferred.
My advice to parkingMD - lay off the AI usage, and don't advertise a turn around time if you can't meet it consistently.

Fast Results for Real Medical Needs
The turnaround time with ParkingMD was amazing; I obtained my permit within a week after submitting my documentation. In the past, I got the runaround from my primary care doctor and specialists. If you have a legitimate medical need and the records to back it up, ParkingMD can get the job done without the runaround and fingerpointing.

One star so far. I have emailed for a resolution and will update my review if the issue is handled. I live in IL. My “approved documents” are signed by a doctor in ND. I looked physician up both by name and by ID# and there is no such physician registered in the State of IL. So for now this is a joke. Be cautious how you pay for this - be sure you have protections for yourself

ParkingMD will take your money and run
I applied for the necessary documents, and they were sent to me via a patient portal. The documents did not have an acceptable signature from the physician, just a swiggle. I notified ParkingMD and was told the documents would be mailed. That was on 3/21. Today is 4/9, and I still have no documents. I just finished a chat with ParkingMD through their website. The person/bot told me that Missouri does not require a wet signature and that the documents should be acceptable. Making more excuses. When I told the agent/bot that the documents in the patient portal were unsigned, the agent/bot disconnected me. This is unacceptable. The customer service is nonexistent. If your documents are not correct, do not expect them to be corrected. They will take your money and move on to the next unfortunate person who uses their service.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I received the documents, however, the city I reside in was misspelled. I contacted them and requested a corrected form 3 times.
Each time they responded it will be corrected in 24 hours.
It has yet to be corrected in over 10days.

ParkingMD Would Not Recommend
ParkingMD was very responsive during the initial intake, but the experience went downhill after that. I was told that because of Missouri regulations, my documents had to be mailed, yet communication became very poor. Several emails went unanswered, and even after three weeks, I still have no documents and no tracking information. I finally got a response through the website chat, but the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this service.

I submitted documentation and doctor notes and their AI system was awful. I have a doctor appointment in 3 months and I needed something quicker and paid. They asked for supporting documentation and I had already sent 7+. Still no response. I believe this is a scam!

This has been a bit of an infuriating…
This has been a bit of an infuriating process. I had a surgery and had the need for this type of service to help streamline the process to get a temporary parking permit. The first red flag should have been the fact that the pricing was hidden until late in the process. However, I decided to move ahead and paid the fee. I submitted my paperwork and was given a selection of times to select for my appointment. I set up for my appointment later in the afternoon (it was a weekend, so wanted to set up something for later in the day). I received notices to join my call but when I attempted to, I couldn't because "my paperwork had not been reviewed yet". I reached out for support and finally got a hold of someone 30 minutes after my appointment time who let me know that until the paperwork is reviewed, no appointment can be made and that I basically had to wait for a notice that my paperwork was reviewed and then schedule an appointment. It was also made out to seem like I was unreasonable for selecting a date and time that was offered to me by the system, just because it happened to be a weekend date. I selected a date the system offered me, the time passed, and now I am in limbo until my documents are reviewed and then I can set up an appointment. I would have been ok if the system required me to set up something after a certain period of time - but to harass me to sign up by sending multiple texts and emails, harass me to join by sending multiple emails saying my appointment would start soon, and then being left out in the cold until I happened to get a hold of someone who then made it seem like it was my fault for selecting the appointment time I was offered in the first place... it was a bad look.

After full payment upfront, it was a series of AI responses telling me to do things not related. No human interaction, just general AI. Requests for a human to explain my situation resulted in more AI responses. It was a frustrating mess. Don't bother.

No Docs Recieved
Went through medical evaluation and documents were generated, but the web page doesn’t give me the documents there is a “missing parameters” error. I’ve reached out three times to get my documents emailed to me and I’ve gotten nothing. Just a response of “we are working on it”. I’m still not able to apply for my parking placards and still no documents.
