Part F Avis 

Part F were the only one of 3 estimates who bothered to do a site visit. That almost made me decide right then. The advice was excellent and agreed installation date. The engineer / installer was very professional and tidy and also bothered to fix a fault he discovered on the other side of the ceiling. As a bonus ( but important) the Part F quote was also a bit less than the other two quotes. I’d unhesitatingly recommend the small growing company Part F.

Had my HIU serviced by Keith who was very good at providing information about how it worked and what he was doing during the service. He also provided information about new regulations about the air flow and how this would make the unit a bit more louder than before.

Used this company to install a new Vent Axia MVHR unit in our Ealing Broadway flat in London. It was a super experience to work with Debbie in admin and Johnny the installer. They explained everything every step of the way and very considerate installers. The unit is working well and will hopefully give many years of excellent service. No hesitation in recommending them.

I had a great experience with Part F!
Initially I used another company to come and look at my extractor fan unit and they charged me, just to tell me that it was broken and nothing they could do! Wish I went to Part F first.
Debbie requested pics and then consulted with me on what they could do and scheduled the work with great communication. Keith was great and explained everything he was doing and I have a fully functioning quiet extractor fan in my apartment now.

Professional delivery and good price

After a long search for someone who could help improve the air quality in my new-build flat, I was surprised by how many suppliers either didn’t respond or did not seem interested in thinking creatively about a solution.

Part-F were a welcome exception. From the outset, Debbie was responsive, helpful, and quick to reply to my questions. Rather than push a full system replacement, she helped me explore more practical options. In the end, Part-F proposed installing a NOx Filter Box to work with my existing MVHR system — a smart and cost-effective solution.

Installation was handled by Brad, who was punctual, efficient, and highly professional throughout. The whole process went smoothly, and the system is now working exactly as hoped.

I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Part-F again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful building services.
