I'm absolutely thrilled with Parted Magic. This commercial bootable Linux distribution offers amazing disk management capabilities. Secure data deletion and certificate generation make it an indispensable tool for my business. I highly recommend it!

Upgrading my gaming rig's storage was giving me a headache. Clonezilla on this disk just copied everything over to my new M.2 drive without any errors.
I have been paying for Parted Magic subscription for months without really using it, and after cancelling the renewal, I requested a refund in a polite and standard way.
Instead of a professional response, I received insulting and inappropriate messages from Patrick Verner (owner), including being called offensive names.
Regardless of any refund policy, this kind of communication is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this product.
What a horrible person, the software is just same stuff u can get for free bundled up. bought subscription, didn't even boot. contact them and get a mail back with the response "F * * k off."
I sent an email to Parted Magic asking for help with no download link when loggin in to my account
I also posted a question on their support forum in a similar fashion.
Five minutes later I received an automated email saying my subscription had been cancelled and my account on their website and support forum had been deleted. I sent another email in case there is a system restriction and only way to resolve the problem is to start fresh, but the astonishing fast first response didn't repeat itself. Instead there's no reply. Which means there is no system restriction at Parted Magic's end, but just the rudest person I have ever come across in my 20 years working in the IT industry. That actually says alot.
According to another review on trustpilot says Parted Magic has great customer support but don't have time for "rude or stupid people" - if my question were rude or stupid then please point it out to me as apparently I'm to stupid to see it. That was rethorical.
A very bizarre experience. Parted Magic were happy to have taken my money though.
Bought it to erase nvme drive before selling PC.downloaded the Iso file 1.9 gig .used "Rufus" to make a bootable USB drive . Used Rufus to put the Iso on the USB drive. Works fine for me.jan 2022
