I had no idea where to even begin when I knew it was coming to the end of my 2 years fixed rate but Scott made it so easy, explained everything to me and spent the time to make sure I understood. He has been so helpful and professional and would genuinely recommend him to anyone with any mortgage needs. Couldn’t rate him highly enough!

Isabelle has been incredible so far throughout my first time buying experience. She has been open and honest and has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that I was applying for the best mortgage, her due diligence saved me over £500 I would never get back! She is always kind on the phone and happy to answer any questions. Julia has also been quick to keep me updated and ensure that I am aware of what is going on at all times. Really great service from everyone I have encountered in the team, would recommend 100 times over - thanks guys!!

We always had somebody on hand to guide us and help us. Steve Partridge the managing director of the company was the one to get us our Mortgage in Principal on short notice, which was amazing, allowing us to secure our dream property. We spoke on the phone to Jordan and Chantelle also at the beginning of the process, both were warm and extremely helpful. Scott Fisher helped guide us through the process and found the best mortgage deal for us, answering lots of ‘silly questions’ along the way, we really appreciate your help, Scott! We are now in the process of being looked after by Julia and Tihanna whilst waiting for our Mortgage to be approved. Julia has been very patient with organising evidences for my sources of funds for Nationwide - perhaps a bit too patient, as in hindsight I would have hoped to switch away from Nationwide a bit sooner!

Once we switched to Halifax, the mortgage is secured fairly quickly, which is great.
