Izabela did a great job!
I recently got my new company BMW via Partridges. Overall it was a good experience. Unfortunately there was an issue with the initial delivery and that had to be cancelled last minute. This was really disappointing but I have to say Izabela from Partridge was fantastic. She explained what has happened and assured me she would resolve the situation. She did this by keeping me updated and do everything she could to make sure the next delivery went smoothly. She was a pleasure to deal with. Problems happen it’s how they are dealt with and Izabela did a great job and resolved things.

Still.. zero communication from the "management team" either by telephone or email..
My guess is that they ignore unhappy customers and just hope it will go away with time.. how unprofessional! ..
My advice is to avoid this dealership as its all about numbers and not customer satisfaction

I ordered my car from Partridge of Hampshire remotely, I have been receiving excellent communication from Zdenek during the process.
Zdenek has even kindly arranged a demo vehicle for me prior to the delivery of my car this coming summer.
Looking forward to collecting my car from the dealership so I can pass my thanks on in person.

Traveled from Northern Ireland to Purchase from Partridge
First time buying a car without viewing it in person. Been looking for a 330d Msport for a while now and I found the perfect one at Partridge . The only problem was I live in Northern Ireland. I initially dealt with Alex for the pre sale process and it was a pleasure no pushy sales techniques. Alex answered all the questions I had and sent a detailed video of the car over. I went ahead with the purchase and flew over to Southampton were I was met by James who collected me at the airport and took me to the dealership were he spent time going through all the features of the car and sorting a few minor issues. It was a pleasure dealing with Partridge of Hampshire. Would definitely recommend and consider them for any future purchases.

Great experience
Great experience. James was great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. It can be a little daunting buying a vehicle from 250mls away but the car is amazing and this has been the best BMW dealer I have dealt with.

Faultless online approved used BMW purchase experience
My second online purchase of an approved used BMW, this time from Partridge, Eastleigh. Some trepidation’s but soon put at ease by Alex who handled the whole pre-purchase process with a calm professionalism, and
promptly answered all my questions with believable honesty. Lengthy walk around video was priceless.
Collection process went swiftly and smoothly handled by James who patiently guided me through the paperwork and some of the daunting newer car technology. Cannot fault my initial driving experience with my 73 plate, 2 Series, M Sport Coupe, 220i.
Will extend my BMW service package to include this car and hopefully look forward to another few years incident free motoring. Will strongly consider Partridge for future car purchases.

My husband and me have been searching for the right second car for ages, we knew we specifically wanted the Volvo XC40 and my husband found this particular model at Partridge BMW.
We firstly spoke to James to book the test drive, who couldn’t do enough to help us and has been amazing throughout the whole experience. He made it completely easy and we couldn’t have asked for better help with guiding us to pick our new car. Jason dealt with us with all of our financing and he was just as friendly and helpful. They have both been really attentive and answered any questions or worries we may have had. The whole experience has been absolutely seamless, the car is just what we were looking for, and we’ve driven it away today absolutely chuffed. Not only does it look beautiful it drives beautifully too! Thanks guys, I’m not sure could ever go anywhere else now.
